My New Favorite AI App for Work Travel

Emails, notes, business cards… all your travel, finally in one place.

My New Favorite AI App for Work Travel

I’ve been testing something called WaypointTravel.ai, and it might be one of the most useful AI tools I’ve used in a while.

If you travel for work, you already know how messy it gets.

The “organized” version of travel is usually a manila folder with everything printed out. If you’re lucky, there’s also a PDF with everything scanned together.

But in reality, most of us end up doing the same thing: searching through emails, digging through messages, or writing things down in Notes just to keep track of basic details.

It’s not one big problem — it’s a bunch of small ones.

Screenshots of confirmations. Copied text from booking pages. Conference details from different places.

It’s all there… just never in one place when you actually need it.

And every trip turns into the same thing — piecing everything together on the fly.

I started using WaypointTravel.ai, and it fixed that in a way that feels almost too simple.

I don’t organize anything anymore.

I just drop in what I already have — screenshots, copied text, random details — and it pulls everything together for me.

Flights, hotel, schedule, notes… all in one place.

Before the trip, during it, and even after.

The part I like most is that it starts before you even book anything.

I can track conferences, look at costs, figure out timing, and decide what’s actually worth going to without juggling a bunch of tabs or trying to remember everything.

Then once I commit, it just flows into a clean trip view.

It’s all powered by AI, but it doesn’t feel like “AI.”

It just feels like things finally make sense.

But here is something I haven’t mentioned. I didn’t find this…

I built it.

I’m excited to share that through my AI journey, I’m getting close to launching my first app — one that solves a real problem I have, and one I think a lot of people who travel for work deal with.

I’ve been using AI to make work and life better, and this is the first time I’ve turned that into something real. It’s exciting, and I’d love to hear what you think.

My product is called WaypointTravel.ai. It simplifies work travel in a way I’ve always wanted — and honestly, I’m not sure existed until now.

If you travel for work and this sounds familiar, there’s a form on the site where you can join the waitlist and stay updated as I get closer to launch.

I’m inviting a small group to test it, work out a few bugs, and put it through real trips. It’s already working for me, and I’m confident it can bring value to you and your organization.

Or just DM me — I’m curious how you’re handling travel right now and where it breaks down for you.
